With coaster customization from Sleeve a Message, you can order coasters with custom messaging or designs on either one or both sides of your coasters, printed in black ink or full color.

Sleeve a Message’s custom coasters are made from durable pulp board material. Our coasters come in a circle or square shapes, and 3.5 or 4 inch widths, so you can not only customize what’s on the coaster, but also the coaster itself. These coasters are durable enough to be reused several times, but if you’re using coasters to promote a one-time event or need to dispose of the coasters for any reason, they’re also 100% recyclable.

Every Sleeve a Message coaster is made from 60pt pulpboard (about 1mm thick), with the same weight across all sizes and shapes we offer. It’s a sturdy stock built to withstand condensation and repeated use during a shift, whether it’s sitting under a single pint or being reused throughout a busy night at the bar.

The minimum order for custom pulpboard coasters is 125 coasters. Larger bulk orders lower your per-coaster cost, so many bars and breweries order in larger batches to stock up ahead of a busy season.

Custom coasters vary in price depending on your order quantity, single- or double-sided printing, and black or full-color printing. Our pricing is based on bulk quantity, starting at a minimum of $37.50 for 125 3.5” single-sided, black-printed coasters to $2,480 for 20,000 4” double-sided, full-color coasters (plus shipping).

Once your artwork is approved and payment is received, custom coaster orders typically have a 3-4 week lead time. Before production begins, we’ll send a proof of your design for your final sign-off.

We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, and ZIP files for custom coaster artwork, with vector art (type turned to outlines) preferred for the sharpest print. If you don’t have a print-ready file, our team can help prepare your artwork. Keep in mind that coaster printing has a maximum print area of 3×3 inches with no full bleed for 3.5” coasters and 3.5×3.5 inches with no full bleed for 4” coasters, so your design should be sized accordingly.
